Frasca in Boulder, Colorado

Frasca Food and Wine is a restaurant in Boulder, Colorado inspired by the cuisine of Friuli.  We ate there for the third time last week. The food, service, and ambiance are outstanding.  It continues to amaze.  I would rate it above any Italian restaurant we have been to in New York, including Babbo.
